Audiologist Dr. Kimberly Nelson Joins Cowles Clinic

Audiology services are now available at Cowles Clinic with the addition of Dr. Kimberly Nelson, Au.D. Dr. Nelson’s practice, Advanced Audiology and Hearing Care, is the only full time provider serving the Lake Oconee community.

“We welcome Dr. Nelson to Cowles Clinic where our goal is to provide comprehensive care at the most advanced level for all ages. Cowles Clinic’s healthcare providers work as a team in 25 specialties. Dr. Nelson’s training and experience is a tremendous asset to both the staff and our patients,” said Dr. Cowles.

Dr. Nelson received her B.S. in Hearing and Speech Sciences and Gerontology minor at Ohio University. Her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology was earned at Central Michigan University. Dr. Nelson’s clinical experience includes serving on the staff of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Head and Neck Institute and as a private practitioner serving Lake Oconee for the past three years.
